Face Sculpt vs. Intraoral Lift: Which Should You Book?

Face Sculpt vs. Intraoral Lift: Which Should You Book?

One of the most common questions we receive is, “What’s the difference between the Facial Sculpting & Intraoral Lift and the Face Sculpt treatment?”

While both treatments include intraoral (buccal) massage, they are designed with different goals in mind.

The Facial Sculpting & Intraoral Lift is a dedicated 60-minute treatment designed to release tension in the deeper muscles of the face and jaw while naturally lifting and rejuvenating the skin. Much of the treatment is spent using specialized intraoral massage techniques, where the muscles are worked from both inside the mouth and outside the face. It is an excellent choice for anyone experiencing jaw tension, clenching, TMJ discomfort, facial tightness, or tension headaches, while also helping to improve circulation, support lymphatic drainage, reduce puffiness, enhance tissue oxygenation, and promote a more lifted, sculpted appearance.

The Face Sculpt is a 50-minute facial sculpting treatment designed to lift, define, and rejuvenate the face using a combination of gua sha, facial cupping, sculpting massage, and lymphatic techniques. It also includes approximately 15 minutes of intraoral (buccal) massage, giving you some of the benefits of intraoral work while incorporating a variety of sculpting techniques throughout the treatment.

To enhance your results, the treatment finishes with 5 minutes of LED light therapy to boost circulation, followed by a customized mask paired with our microcurrent device, cold cryotherapy, and a finishing application of eye cream, moisturizer, and lip balm.

Choose the Intraoral Lift if your main concern is:

  • Jaw tension, clenching, or TMJ discomfort
  • Tight facial muscles and muscular release
  • Relieving facial tension and improving muscle mobility
  • Tension headaches related to the jaw or face
  • A natural lift while prioritizing muscle health and function

Choose the Face Sculpt if your overall goal is:

  • Facial sculpting and definition
  • Contouring the cheeks and jawline
  • A lifted, refreshed appearance
  • Reducing puffiness through lymphatic drainage
  • Overall facial rejuvenation while still experiencing the benefits of a brief intraoral massage
