Myüz Artistry follows a 24 hours cancellation policy. We ask that you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. During non business hours appointments are to be cancelled online through your Jane account (please reset your password in order to login if you are having issues). Do not leave a voicemail or cancel through the online chat as we do not have access during non business hours.

Late cancellations will incur a 75% cost of the service. No shows will incur a 100% cost of the service.

Late arrivals are to pay full price of the service booked. Our estheticians will perform the appointment to the best of their ability.

There is free parking on Coryon, Niagara and Waterloo throughout the day and evening.

Our store front is located at 1444 Corydon Ave, however we have expanded into 1438 Corydon Ave (2 doors down in the same strip). This collaborative space is by appointment only which houses our Naturopath, Lymphatic Massage and our owner Tina.

All daytime appointments with Tina and Dr. Lauren are to arrive and check in at 1444 Corydon. Evening appts please proceed to 1438. 

• Light therapy cannot be used on those who have epilepsy and those on photosensitizing medications.
• If a client has received botox or fillers, you should wait 3 weeks til receiving facial treatments
• Accutane or other medications as such
• Certain Antibiotics
• Retinol, Retinoids or Vitamin A (Retin A, Renova, Azelex, Tazorac, Differin etc.) in past 4 days
• Cold sores
• Infections on the face that could be transferred to our therapists
• If you have just undergone any type of Ablative laser treatments in the past 2 months
• The use of isotretinoin (Accutane) in the past 6 to 12 months
• Sunburn or active facial rashes

Myüz Artistry ships throughout Canada via Canada Post, Purolator and UPS.Packages are shipped within 3-4 business days.If your order status is delivered but you are unable to locate your package, please contact the shipping carrier and use your tracking number to start a claim with them.

We offer local delivery within Winnipeg via a third party, Trexity. 

Confirmation email when collecting order is required.

Order must be picked up within 72 hours from time of fulfillment accordant to shop hours or product will be refunded onto a gift card with a $2.00 surcharge.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any product or services at Myüz Artistry.

If an error occurs with an order or cancellation, 2.9% of the total order cost will remain with Myüz.

Myüz Artistry operates with two different systems for services and ecommerce. Gift cards are not interchangeable.
