Silagen® Clear Silicone Strips are made from 100% medical-grade silicone and are clinically proven to help flatten, soften, and fade the appearance of scars. The transparent design offers a discreet, low-profile option for daily wear on longer or linear scars, such as those from acne, surgeries or injuries.
How to Use
1. Wait until the wound is fully closed and any sutures have been removed before beginning use (typically 1–2 weeks after surgery or injury).
2. Clean and dry the scar area thoroughly. Ensure the skin is free of lotions or oils.
3. Peel off the silicone strip from its backing and apply it directly over the scar, adhesive side down.
4. Wear the strip for 12–24 hours daily. If worn less than 24 hours, clean and store it in a clean, dry place between uses.
5. Clean the strip every few days using mild soap and water to maintain adhesion and hygiene. Allow it to air dry before reapplying.
6. Reuse each strip for up to 4 weeks or until it no longer adheres properly.
For best results, continue daily use for at least 8–12 weeks or as advised by your healthcare provider.
