As a small town girl from Flin Flon, MB I've typically been defined as more of an  introvert. I think since moving to the city I’ve come out of my shell quite a bit. I’ll match your energy so if you’re feeling chatty I’m all for it! I strive to create an environment of comfort/calm because having a client trust me enough to fall asleep in my hands is one of the biggest compliments. My space is a safe place for all and I hope you leave my room feeling taken care of and relaxed.

I am a huge advocate for taking care of oneself and love everything to do with skincare, mental health and being active. I have always loved moving my body and sports were a part of my life growing up. When I took up weightlifting I found it to be empowering and freeing. Enter Covid-19. Without the gym, I struggled a lot and knew I needed to make time to put myself first again so I began going to therapy and I’ll never look back. Everyday I give each guest every piece of me so it’s important to me that I take care of myself so that I can take care of you.

Before I found Myüz I was taking classes at the U of M. Again, enter covid. When the world shut down a lot of things changed for me. I had inquired about a reception position at Myüz and began working with Tina at the beginning of 2021. As clients would come in looking for products I began to really enjoy learning about the lines we carried and helping each person on their individual journey. That passion blossomed into me enrolling in an Aesthetician program I couldn’t be happier in this industry, coming to work is such a joy. I find it to be the perfect balance of beauty and wellness. As a Libra, balance is what I’m all about.

I am currently seeking exactly that in my skin. Balance. A few outside things I've implemented include cutting out dairy, and saying goodbye to birth control. Pairing that with treatments, I've noticed huge changes to my skin! The bones of my skincare routine includes Living Libations Seabuckthorn Oil, Biologique Recherche Lait U, Extraits Tissualaire, Creme ISO-Placenta and Dermopurifiante with Tizo Ultra ZInc SPF in the morning. My newest addition is Hale Derma and I am loving it. Though nothing compares to my love for the Biologique Recherche Serum Biosensible and Masque Vernix; they are my saviours! One thing that I absolutely CANNOT live without is a good lip balm. Some of my favourites are Burt’s Bees peppermint, Blistex and when I want something a little luxurious, the Biologique Recherche Biokiss.
