Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to the Myüz team.  They are reserved especially for you.  We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary.  Therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. 

Myüz will be charging a fee of 75% of a missed appointment or late cancellation for all future bookings. A missed appointment or cancellation fee includes but is not limited to: when you call in sick for the appt, late in traffic, weather related or cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment time.

Just as you have expenses, we do as well. Our estheticians get paid per client (just as everyone in our industry) and deserve to be paid for their time even when something comes up. We don't have a salary income like most jobs, so this policy is in place to protect us. You may think this is unfair as you did not receive a treatment, but we kindly ask you to understand our situation - when you miss your appointment we have still shown up to work and are not compensated, even though we could have filled the slot. We have been gracious in the past and can no longer continue making exceptions to this policy.

Please understand that this policy is non-negotiable. We expect that the client is aware of the risks when booking an appointment (COVID is no longer a surprise to anyone, you are aware that this is an ongoing risk when booking your appointment).

We provide AMPLE amount of notifications via email and text. We send an email and text, 4 days prior, a text 2 days prior and an email again the day before the appt. We ask that as soon as you are aware that you will not be able to make your appointment, please cancel it. Do not wait until the last minute.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a cancellation fee.  It is also your responsibility to monitor weather conditions as well.
