About Amber

After completing her business program, Amber Guerin began her career in aesthetics in 2000, building her experience across luxury spas in Edmonton and Kelowna. Her combined business background and dedication to skincare led her to spa director positions, where she developed a deeper understanding of both client care and operational excellence.

Drawn to education, Amber moved into the role of Education Director in 2007, later advancing to Operations Director in 2011, where she spent several years overseeing programs at three of Western Canada's leading aesthetic schools. There, she developed comprehensive curricula that integrated practical skills with business fundamentals, helping to prepare students for successful careers in the industry.

She then transitioned into business development roles with medical aesthetics distributors and high-end beauty and fragrance brands. Fascinated by the emerging technology of exosomes, Amber joined Xcite Tech in 2024 as Skin Science Manager for the Prairies, where she focuses on bringing innovative exosome technology to aesthetic practitioners.

Today, Amber continues to share her knowledge and experience across the Prairies, working alongside professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional results in medical aesthetics.
