1. Click on the Rewards Tab at the top of the site

2. Click on View My Points

3. On the pop up (in the bottom left) scroll down to "Ways to Redeem"

4. Be sure to select the dollar amount with "Off Subscription Coupon (only for use with Subscription Orders) listed

5. Copy the code that generates

6. Go to your account menu and click on Manage Subscriptions

7. Paste the code where it asks you for a discount code With the new system, the codes are very specific unfortunately, however these are the instructions for applying a code to AutoShip. If you were redeeming points for a one time purchase, you would still follow these directions, however instead of clicking on "off subscription only," you would click the one time purchase reward.
